FAQs:

What ages do you see?

Our providers have experience working with people of all ages, and have specialized training in treating children, adolescents, and adults. We specialize in treating ages zero through early adulthood. Give us a call or send us an email for more details.

What types of therapy do you specialize in?

Each therapist brings their own specializations, including early childhood (DC 0-5), play/art techniques, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Perinatal Mental Health, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Nature Based Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bibliotherapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Other special interests include supporting individuals with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, co-parenting, relationship dynamics, and trauma. Our therapists love to learn, and are always exploring the next therapy modality that might help our clients!

Can I schedule an appointment?

Yes! Click here to request an appointment. Please note, if you are a new client, you will be provided with available times to complete an intake appointment- which is usually a little lengthier than a typical therapy appointment. If you are a current client, you will be routed to the client portal, where you can request appointments, message your provider, and more!

Do I need to use insurance to see a therapist?

While we accept many insurance plans, we do not need to bill insurance if you choose to pay privately. Private pay is an option some clients choose in order to add an extra layer of privacy to their services. While we will always do our best to protect your private health information (no matter how your services are covered), insurance companies do require us to submit a mental health diagnosis before they will pay for services, and this diagnosis may stay in your health record. Contact us for more information, and view our “Insurance and Rates” page to learn more about our rates.
